2. Once we have received your completed Seller Needs Analysis form, we review it, perform some preliminary research, and schedule an initial phone consultation with you

3. Our initial phone consultation is to review your Seller Needs Analysis, ensure we have the information we require, discuss which service choices best meet your situation, the service cost, the payment options, and to answer any questions you may have

4. You choose the plan that best fits. You sign our necessary paperwork and pay our retainer fee

5. Once the retainer fee is received by Halcyon Realty Group, your listing process begins.
